Restriction of access and stay
The objective of restrictions on access and stay, due to a risk posed by or targeted at an object, is to:
- Ensure the safety of operations in the restricted area.
- Protect property located in the area.
- Protect people staying in the area or third parties involved in port operations.
According to Decree (1104/2013) issued pursuant to the Police Act (872/2011), it is forbidden to access or stay in this area without authorization at risk to punishment.
